35lb dumbell split cleans 12-15 rep x 3 sets
lat pulldown 15 reps 130lbs x 3 sets
muscle ups 5 reps 47.5 lbs each side x 3 sets

10/9/08
Kettlebell swings 15 reps each side x 2 sets
Kettlebell clean and press 10 reps each side x 2 sets
Kettlebell side arch 5 slow reps x 1 set
